I have fought with my weight forever. After having emergency surgery in 2012, I lost 10 pounds which got me down to my pre pregnancy weight, but I was not fit and strong, I was tired. I got stronger and I thought that I was gaining muscle, but I was still tired and my weight stayed the same. So, I kept eating less to try to lose the 10 pounds again.
I decided to do a nutrition consult with Dawn. That was the final piece I needed to complete my goal.
